Q. Do I need lots of technical knowledge to trade on the Internet?

A. There is no software installation for you to worry about. The software runs live on the Internet and will be already installed for you and "up and running". You do not need to know anything about Programming.

All our 'Online Shops' come default with 3000kb of space. Depending on the size of images /photographs you place on your store, there is generally enough space for 100 product pages!

(If you require more than this we will be happy to increase this space at an agreed additional fee).

Q.What about ongoing support?

A. As long as you are a 'Easy Website' client you will receive continued email support to answer your questions and help you get the most out of your site!

You also have total access to an Online User Manual. This is a 'Step by Step' guide to help you get the most from your Internet Shop.

Q.What about software upgrades?

A. With our ongoing support service, you will receive software upgrades when available to keep your store updated.

Q.Can I use any type of computer?

A. If you have access to the Internet, you will be able to use this software. You can fully operate your website from a PC, MAC, and even through Web TV!

Q.Do I need my own domain name?

A. When we create an 'Online Shop' for you we will automatically give you a free website address.

For example:

www.clicknow4.com / your business name
(You can however have your own domain name at a small additional charge).

Q.Can I take online orders?

A. YES - You can start to sell your products and services the day you receive your Internet Shop.

Q.How secure is my Internet Shop for customer orders?

A. Your customers will be able to make SECURE purchases with confidence. Your Internet Shop comes complete with access through a secure server.

Q.How often can I change my Easy Website pages?

A. Our Easy intelligent software is perfectly designed for this purpose. Feel free to update and change your site as often as you wish. Including text and photos. All changes are Instant!

Q.How do I submit my Online Shop to the search engines.

A. You will be supplied information to allow you to submit your site as part of our support.

A.We charge a once only fee of £49.50 to set up and then customise your business live on the Internet.

You then simply rent 'Your Shop' for £4.56 per week.(£19.75)per month!

Q.Why is there a regular charge?

A.Your Internet Store is very unique, it runs constantly live on the Internet 24 hours a day. You can make unlimited changes to it and take total control of what you want it to say.

Your monthly charge covers all hosting fees, our admin costs, future upgrades, plus our ongoing support.
