SERVICE
Simply Housework is a specialised domestic cleaning service for your home. Two uniformed and insured staff members will arrive at your home in one of our company vehicles, complete with all the necessary cleaning materials for the job. We would normally vacuum throughout your home on each visit. Then rotate all your larger jobs i.e. Internal windows, paint-work, kitchen cupboard fronts etc.
STAFF
We make every effort to keep the same staff members in your home once they become established with your cleaning. This may change due to sickness or holiday times.
INSURANCE
Simply Housework carries Public and Employers Liability. We are more than happy to supply you with a copy of this if requested.
BREAKAGES
We endeavor to always treat your home as our own. However, on occasions breakages do occur. If this happens we will inform you as soon as possible. We will always look to have the item repaired or replaced to a similar or exact replacement.
TERMINATION
Our diary is always forwarded four weeks in advance. We request that if you no longer require our services that four weeks notice is required in writing to terminate.
CANCELLATION CHARGE
If our teams arrive at your premises and cannot gain entry we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee up the value of the cleaning arranged.
SERVICE BREAKS
If you require a break in our service i.e. holidays etc again please if possible give us at least four weeks notice to accommodate our diary.
EQUIPMENT
Our service includes all the necessary cleaning materials and equipment for the job, we do not carry bleach or similar products. If you wish to supply such products this will be entirely at your own risk.
OVEN CLEANING
All oven internal cleaning carries a separate charge due to the cleaning product and the extra time involved. All oven must be booked in advance via our office.
PAYMENT
Unless agreed in advance payment is required on the day of service. Most clients pay for our service in cheque form made payable to
“Simply Housework”.
TIME OF SERVICE
Our regular housework cleaning service is set in block times. Normally two staff members will service your home in either one or one and a half hour sessions. (Meaning two or three cleaning hours).
All staff members work directly for Simply Service and are bound by their contact of employment with us. We therefore ask that you do not offer private employment.
