These terms constitute an agreement made between

Click, (the provider). And the individual or Company ordering one of our Internet Stores.(the client)

Completion of the order form by the client will be deemed as an acceptance of these terms by either party.

OUR SERVICE to be provided shall consist of an Internet Store eshowcase website for the client for the purpose of listing products and services with pictures and /or description in text. The client's own site and the information thereon, and the client shall be wholly responsible for the content of that site.

On receipt of the initial set up fee the Provider will set up the Internet Store from the information provided and approved by the client to including Logos, Background colours, Home page text and graphics 1st listing (if required).

When completed email notification will be sent to the client.

Then followed by a ongoing monthly rental fee of £42.25 payable (£9.75 per week) on the 1st of each month by direct debit into the providers bank account.

This rental agreement is for an initial 12 month period after which three calendar months notice is required to end the rental agreement in writing. Failure to pay monthly when requested will lead immediately to the Internet Store being first suspended then terminated without any refund whatsoever.

All Pornographic and Discriminatory materials or links to such sites are prohibited from being placed on the clients Internet Store and shall be valid and sufficient reason for the Provider to terminate the Client's website without any refund whatsoever. The Client is prohibited from engaging in any unlawful act(s) or business activities and there will be no refunds given to the Client should such a termination be required.

The CLIENT will furnish their own computer and accessories to access the internet for the purpose of adding to and making changes to the Client's own site and showcase information to be uploaded, edited or deleted; including personal ISP and email connections. The Provider will furnish the Client with sufficient space for the agreed number of product pages.

The Client will be notified of any excess space usage and will be required immediately to reduce the size of the clients site or make written agreements with the provider for additional space and pay the provider for said additional rates agreed at that time.

GOVERNING LAW - This agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by English Law.

The client shall hold the Provider harmless in and all from all claims, damages, liabilities and detriments not arising from the Provider's actual negligence or malfeasance. The client irrevocably convents, promises and agrees to hold the Provider harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suites, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature that the Client may experience as a result of loss of service / access to the said Internet Store provided by the Provider resulting from causes beyond the control of the provider: including, but not limiting acts of God or nature, fires, strikes, riots, power outages, telecommunication outages, ISP downtime and/or offline time. Interfering requirements or regulations or regulations of the Government, civil or military authority. Delays or non - performance excused by this Provision shall not excuse payment of any amount owed at the time of the occurrence
